Registration Fees

Registration for Regular Authors includes:

Welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches, Gala Dinner, a copy of the final program and USB Conference Proceedings, and admission to all sessions.

Registration for Students includes:

Coffee breaks, lunches, a copy of the final program and USB Conference Proceedings, and admission to all sessions. It will be required to provide a Department/Faculty or University certificate - please send copy to isef2019-contact@univ-lorraine.fr

Student Registration is not eligible for additional papers registration. It means that authors who plan to present  more than one paper have to register with Regular registration  and pay the fees of additional paper even they are students.

Registration for General Participants includes:

Welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches, Gala Dinner, a copy of the final program and USB Conference Proceedings, and admission to all sessions. This type of registration is for participants who will not present any paper.

Registration for accompanying person includes:

Welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches, Gala Dinner, and a tourist trip. (Admission to sessions is not included).

Important Informations:

1 - Paper ID: For authors, the paper ID is required during registration process. Paper ID is the last 6 digits of the Submission Reference given by the system.  Example :

sciencesconf.org:isef2019:123456 means that Paper ID  is: 123456

2 - Additionnal Paper Registration:  No more than 2 Additional Papers can be registred with the same Regular Registration. Student Registration is not eligible for Additional Paper.

How to Register ?

Registration to ISEF- Symposium are processed by our partner PROGEP'events. To register, please use the dedicated application via the following link and follow the instructions provided there.

 Important Information:

PROGEPI is closed from August 1st to August 18th. However the automatic registration system is still working.

If you need assistance, send a message to PROGEPI but note that we will not be able to answer promptly  as we have few acess to the e-mails.

Anyway, you will have assistance with 2 or 3 days maximum.
