 Post-conference Publication Process:

 IEEE Xplore Digital Library publication

 As announced on ISEF website and ISEF2019 rules, all accepted 2-page papers are eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore digital Library. If you wish to publish your 2-page digest in IEEE Xplore Digital library, follow the instructions given below:

  IEEE Electronic Copyright Form

 Each corresponding author has receive an email from IEEE and be asked to sign an electronic Copyright Form (eCF) of his 2-page digest. The email will provide the authors with a link to the online eCF wizard, as well as a unique login and password to access their own copyright forms. When an author completes the online copyright transfer process and submits the form, he/she will receive an automated confirmation email letting him/her know that the transfer has been completed successfully

 Instruction for eCopyright transfer are given in this file (Instruction for eCopyright transfer).

  Creating a compatible 2-Page paper with PDF eXpress

  Under the full responsibility of the corresponding author:

  1- The digests have to be double checked in order to be free from misprints and also equipped with a decent list of references. Comments and suggestions from chairpersons - if any - might help to improve the original digest.

 2 - The digest must respect the template given in ISEF2019 website and attached to this email.

 3- Add the copyright notice given below in the bottom of the first page of the paper (see this example):

             978-1-7281-1560-3/19/$31.00 ©2019 IEEE

  4- Create the final pdf file with PDF eXpress tools: follow the instructions given in PDF eXpress (Instruction PDF Xpress)

Finally, send the 2-page digest and the ecopyright form electronically signed to: noureddine.takorabet@univ-lorraine

 Remark: DO NOT send the full paper in this process (IEEE Xplore). Only 2-page papers will be published. Extended papers (4 to 6 pages) will be automatically rejected and not published in IEEE Xplore)
